1. We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it within 3 days of delivery date or choose from our choices bellow.
- 100% store credit via personal discount code. Just apply your personal code in the next order and the amount will be automatically been removed.
- Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order.
If it was Cash On Delivery method you'll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 14 working days to complete. - Exchange with another piece. If you want to replace it with something else available, then you need to inform us in advance in order to keep your new item reserved for you.

In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with security tag attached and original packaging.
For exchanges, Customers in Greece have to send it back to us with Geniki Taxydromiki in our cost or Customers Abroad can contact us in order to schedule with DHL a pick-up for you.
For returns you are free to use any postal service you prefer or you can contact us in order to schedule with DHL a pick-up for you. The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange. Once it's completed we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about.
Don’t forget to check your junk mail from time to time, as sometimes our emails have the tendency to land in there.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@myacollection.com with your order details.
In that case products are not refundable and can only be exchanged with other products on sale or products from the currently available collection. Customer is responsible for covering any difference in prices between the two products. We suggest to consult our Size Chart so to be guided enough on the best choice for you.
For Greece customers the return delivery cost moves from 3.00€ to 5.00€ if you use Geniki Taxydromiki service, which we cooperate (you'll have to send the package on our own charge and then we'll deduct the fee from your returning amount).For International Customers the delivery cost is fixed at 12.00€ if you use our prepaid DHL voucher and will be deducted from your refund.
