From Greece to Milan: MYA Collection at Milan Fashion Week

There are moments in the journey of a brand that represent something more than just another professional presentation. Moments that bring together months of preparation, creativity, decisions and hard work. For MYA Collection, one of those moments was our presence in Milan on September 25, 2026, during Milan Fashion Week.

In a city that is a reference point for the international fashion industry, we presented the House of Peonies FW27 collection, bringing the creative identity of MYA Collection into a new environment.

House of Peonies Meets Milan

House of Peonies was born from two main sources of inspiration: Paris and the peony. The elegance of the French capital meets the distinctive character of a flower that became the starting point for a collection filled with different textures, statement silhouettes and unique details.

In Milan, this inspiration took on a different dimension.

Feathers, three-dimensional elements, sequins, fringes and distinctive fabrics were presented on the runway, highlighting the movement and personality of each creation.

The selection of looks aimed to showcase the different sides of the collection, from cleaner, more elegant lines to impressive evening designs with a strong design identity.

An Evening at Palazzina Appiani

The presentation took place at the historic Palazzina Appiani, a venue with a distinctive architectural identity that provided the setting for the MYA Collection fashion show.

The contrast between the classical aesthetic of the venue and the contemporary creations of House of Peonies gave the presentation the character we had envisioned.

For me, one of the most special moments was seeing the first models step onto the runway. Garments that had spent months in production, surrounded by fabrics, fittings and countless details, were now being presented as a complete collection in Milan.

It is an entirely different experience to see your creations come to life in front of an audience.

A Greek Brand on an International Stage

MYA Collection was founded in 2017 with the aim of creating distinctive womenswear that combines contemporary design with attention to detail.

All our creations are made in Greece, and Greek production continues to be an essential part of our identity.

Our presence in Milan was an opportunity to showcase this work beyond Greece and share our own approach to design in one of the most important international fashion environments.

Behind every runway look is a team of people, from design and production to the final styling, who worked to make this presentation a reality.

The Next Chapter of MYA Collection

The fashion show in Milan is now part of MYA Collection's history and an important moment for House of Peonies FW27.

More than the final result, however, what I personally take away from this experience is the entire journey that led us there. The preparation, the challenges, the last-minute changes and finally those few minutes on the runway, when everything we had worked on for months was presented before our eyes.
