Returns & Refund Policy for Discounted Products

In discounted products, OFFERS and BLACK FRIDAY items, refunds are NOT supported.

ONLY exchange with another product is available.


Returns & Refund Policy for Non-Sale Items

1. We want you to love your purchase!If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the following options :

  • 100% store credit with a personal discount code. Simply apply your personal code to your next order and the amount will be automatically deducted.
  • Exchange for another product (see Exchange Policy below).
  • Full refund. If you wish to request a refund, the package must be returned to us within 2 days from the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in perfect condition with the security tag attached and in their original packaging.

2.Pack the item back in the original packaging you received it in, including the price tag and receipt, and return it within 10 days from the date of delivery.

3.Once we receive your package, we will proceed with your request. After the process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant information. Please remember to check your spam/junk folder from time to time, as our emails may occasionally end up there.

Exchange Policy

  • The first exchange is free of charge. For exchanges, you should send the item back via Geniki Taxydromiki at our expense, or you may contact us so we can arrange a DHL pickup for you.
  • The second exchange is made with receiver’s charge. Shipping costs are borne exclusively by the buyer.
  • After the second exchange, refunds are no longer supported.
  • For international customers: Shipping costs for every exchange are borne exclusively by the buyer.


Sale Items

Refunds are not available for sale items.
Only exchanges with another product are supported. The customer is responsible for covering any price difference between the two products.

For the best fit, we recommend consulting the size chart before purchasing.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the buyer, unless the product is defective.

For returns, you may use any courier service you prefer.

  • For customers in Greece: In case of shipment with receiver’s charge, €15 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For international customers: In case of shipment with receiver’s charge, €30 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Any bank transfer fees related to refunds are borne exclusively by the buyer.

Important Note

We do not accept returns sent via the Hellenic Post (ELTA), as packages are often lost or excessively delayed.

Please note that the original shipping costs of the order are non-refundable.
